BRAND NEW THIS YEAR~ Full Winter Off Season Softball Training Programs
14 weeks dedicated to Softball
December - March with 2 off weeks built in to enjoy school vacations
We are excited to offer this new opportunity to our Athletes. This program is designed with strategic progressions for softball players to improve all winter long. Players will be game day ready, when that first pitch is thrown. Typically, we see a huge improvement in our 4-week programs imagine what our professional coaching staff can do in 14 WEEKS!
In addition to just softball programs, we are offering the opportunity to bundle up! That's rite we said bundle, combine softball with a variety of our winter strength and conditioning programs. This opportunity is AMAZING!

All programs Start the week of December 1st and run through March 17th
Off Dates: (Dec 24th - Jan 1) (Feb 20 - Feb 26th)

All Players will have age-appropriate assessments of their overall athleticism and skill level during week 1.
Coaches use these assessments to best group each athlete with the proper training program. All programs are adaptable to push the more advanced players and provide a great fundamental base for all athletes.
All programs are designed into 3 phases of progression! See your athlete transform from the beginning, middle and end of our programs!
WINTER YOUTH PROGRAMS
ALL SKILLS WINTER YOUTH PROGRAM
AGES (8-10) (11-12)

Hitting and Defense united! This is the age critical for the foundation of skills.
The whole skills program is for youth softball players. At ENL we strongly believe it's critical for the young softball player to get proper coaching on the offensive and defensive side of the field! This program combines both! 7 weeks dedicated to fielding, throwing, and 7 weeks dedicated to hitting.

PITCHING ACADEMY

The true mechanics of pitching!
The ENL Softball academy program is for youth softball pitchers. Our unique program focuses on what we believe are the "absolutes" in developing the pitcher. The Snap and Rotational Spin, Sequencing, Ground Force, Leg Drive, and so much more!

CATCHING ACADEMY

Sharpen major aspects of a catcher's foundation, fundamentals and mental game.
The Catching academy will focus on receiving, blocking, throw downs, pick offs, situational play and so much more!!! Players will have age-appropriate assessments on their overall athleticism and skill level during week 1. Coaches use these assessments to best group each athlete with the proper training program for the winter. This program is adaptable to push the more advanced players and provide a great fundamental base for all athletes.

Hitting program brought to a new level!!
The program hitting program is for our High School Athletes. Hitters have the opportunity to dive deeper into the major aspects, mechanics, timing pitch selection and hitting mentally. Each phase is designed to challenge the hitter physically and mentally, utilizing great drills and coaching technique.

THE BATTERY
AGES (13-18)
​
Strictly for pitchers and catchers, developing the dynamic between the two positions.
The Battery is designed for individual positional work, and combinational work between both the pitcher and the catcher. Catchers Will focus on catching fundamentals, plate presence, leadership, and creating the tunnel (relationship and trust with a pitcher). Pitchers will focus on Mental Preparation and Visualization- What goes on in your head before the game. Self-Advocacy- how much power is in your voice and Building trust- Communication between you and your catcher.

Pitchers and Catcher will work together with a set goal each session, building a great foundation work between positions.
