Rebecca Olivieri
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING TEAM
StrongFirst SFG
Certified NSCA-CPT
I found Sarge and ENL back in 2013 when Sarge trained me for my basketball career at Wheaton College. I had grown up playing soccer, basketball, and softball year round. I fell in love with health science early on and became a certified functional strength coach in 2016. During my offseason at Wheaton I worked in the training room where I began strength coaching many of the athletes. With the rise in the group fitness industry, I initiated group exercise classes at Wheaton in 2017-18 where I taught interval training and cardio kickboxing. I graduated in 2018 majoring in biological sciences with an honors thesis in biomechanics. I took my passions for health medicine and exercise to graduate school where I am currently finishing up my doctoral degree in Physical Therapy at UMass Lowell and am looking forward to graduating in May 2021. My goals are to help others prevent injury, feel motivated to move, and get them back to doing what they love stronger than ever. I currently personal train athletes one on one in the Canton area and am the ENL virtual class coach. Thank you Sarge for the great opportunity to be a part of ENL!

In January of 2020 she became a certified personal trainer through NCSF and continues to be passionate about health and fitness, believing a strong body equals a strong mind. She strives to be a positive role model and shares this with her students by her commitment to her own personal fitness goals. Presley recently checked off a personal goal by completing her first marathon in April of this year and is constantly looking for new challenges and avenues for growth for both herself and her students.
Fun Fact :
Presley began training with Sarge way back in the day with her Mass Dynamites U12 team

Kate Gauthier
SOFTBALL TEAM Head Pitching Coach
Katlyn Gauthier has been providing pitching instruction all over the State of Massachusetts for the past 16 years. She believes in growing local and regional pitching talent where she has had numerous athletes under her instruction go on to compete at all collegiate levels.
Her love for the game started in her hometown of Taunton, MA when she was 7. She played varsity all four years for the High School team and then went on to pursue softball at the Division I level at Ohio University. While there, she majored in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences.
Katlyn believes in positive mindset coaching and tailoring instruction to the individual and not the individual to a set program. Her main focus is to get the player to love the position first. “Ignite a spark and a fire will form”.
She resides in Milford, MA with her husband (Mike) and daughter Shea (7) and son Cole (4). She also serves on the softball board there and coaches her daughter’s softball and field hockey teams. She is excited to continue her coaching journey at ENL!

Kelsey Powers
SOFTBALL TEAM Pitching, Hitting, Catching
Kelsey, Is a 2005 graduated from Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School. While there, Kelsey was a 3 year starting Varsity catcher, and clean-up batter. She also spent many summers playing travel ball for the Baystate Cardinals, traveling throughout the country. She then went on to play Division 1 at the University of Rhode Island. Kelsey graduated in three years with her bachelors degree in Textile Merchandise and Design and Communications.
She has coaching experience at nearly every level, and has been doing clinics and lessons off and on for the past 10 years. Kelsey likes to take a positive approach as an instructor/coach; building players up through confidence and knowledge. I believe players perform their best when they feel safe to make mistakes, are encouraged to try new things, and enjoy developing their skills.
