Our Athletic Performance Training Division is perfect for the student athlete participating at any level. With over 30 years of combined experience our trainers and coaches can lead the way helping improve sports performance, athleticism and reduce injury.
Athlete Evaluations
Each athlete will get an initial customized performance evaluation by one of our ENL coaches. This will let us identify specific needs of each athlete.

Blueprint 2 the next level, in our classes developed for the High School Athlete. Bp2 Dives a little deeper into the foundation of ENL philosophies. Core foundation of movement patterns will be explored further. Athletes will learn with added weight, and be challenged further in strength, explosive power, and technique.

Blueprint 1 is just as you would expect, the blueprint and foundation of ENL philosophies. The perfect training sessions for young athletes to start the journey in fitness training, the correct way!
Focusing on LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development)
Developing spatial awareness, learning basic movement patterns, improving conditioning and most of all having some fun with other athletes!
