ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our Athletic Performance Training Division is perfect for the student athlete participating at any level. If you're looking for great coaching and a positive environment, you will not be disappointed. With over 30 years of combined experience our trainers and coaches can lead the way helping improve sports performance, athleticism and reduce injury.
Each athlete will get an initial customized performance evaluation by one of our ENL coaches. This will let us identify specific needs of each athlete.

WELCOME TO FOUNDATIONS ENL
Our Foundation class is a staple for all athletes that enter the doors at ENL.
This program will help any athlete looking to advance their athleticism, and training skills. Proper technique, learning the core foundation and movement patterns is a main priority. We are also committed to being proactive with injury mitigation, joint health and soft tissue care.
The program will improve speed, mobility, agility, strength, reaction and explosive power while always focusing on proper technique, informed by each athlete’s individual movement quality. Building confidence by breaking through physical barriers will improve performance on the field.

We love our middle school athletes! This age is a great time to start creating interest in training at the gym. Coaching our young athletes age appropriately, demonstrating that training is fun and beneficial. Developing spatial awareness, learning basic movement patterns, improving conditioning and most of all having some fun with other athletes outside of school and teams.
Learning the basic movement patterns at this age will translate into moving with confidence, building trust in their movement and having fun while moving will go a long way to progressing each athlete’s LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development).
Not every coach is capable of working with this age group. The coaches at ENL are well-versed in keeping the focus where it should be - the athletes. Our coaches have over 25 combined years of working with youth athletes of all ages - in all sports.

BASEBALL + SOFTBALL WINTER S & C
11-Weeks of Specialized Baseball & Softball Strength & Conditioning
Join our first ever baseball & softball specific strength & conditioning program.
This is a 3 phase program with a goal to increase strength, power, speed and mobility.
Our newly added Coach, Connor who designs programs for the Boston Red Sox Farm System, will be bringing his expertise and sharing the most upcoming cutting edge ways to train athletes in this field.
January 1 - March 15
3 classes per week of S&C
3:30 MWF or 7:15 MTW
PLUS open hitting and pitching Fridays 3pm - 5:30pm
