HIGH SCHOOL SUMMER PROGRAM

 

Fall Sports Strength & Condition Prep

 

Our annual prep program for our fall sports athletes is back and this time it will be better than ever. This will be the first program we will be running in our shiny new space! Through this program your athlete will be prepared for the rigors of training camp and the fall sports season. Whether it’s football, soccer (what I call football as well!), fall softball & baseball, field hockey, cross country, volleyball… the list goes on - your athlete will be ready to go when camp gets going.

 

Each athlete signed on to this program will receive the following:

  1. Functional Movement Screen (FMS) -  this will give us a roadmap on how to best attack any mobility, range of motion, strength or motor control issues that may be present. Each FMS takes about 10-15 minutes per athlete.

  2. Strength gainz!

  3. Conditioning & muscular endurance.

  4. Knowledge of using various gym equipment.

  5. Potential “Athlete of the Week” prizes

  6. And more!

 

The program will be highly individualized for 6 weeks starting on July 17th and running through August 25th. We will have both morning and night class time options as well as 3x per week and 2x per week splits.

SUMMER FITNESS KIDS

MS SUMMER FITNESS CAMP

 

In a first for our facility we will be offering a full week, half day camp for our Middle School aged (8-12) athletes starting July 17th through the 21st. The sessions will run from 9:00am to 12:00pm and will include the following:

  1. Age-appropriate fitness and fun!

  2. Movies

  3. Entertainment

  4. Camp T-shirt

  5. Other surprises!

  6. Awards Ceremony on Friday including games (with parents!).

FOUNDATIONS PROGRAM HIGH SCHOOL

 

Option to train 2 or 3 times per week

 

WELCOME TO FOUNDATIONS ENL

Our Foundation class is a staple for all athletes that enter the doors at ENL.

This program will help any athlete looking to advance their athleticism, and training skills. Proper technique, learning the core foundation and movement patterns is a main priority. We are also committed to being proactive with injury mitigation, joint health and soft tissue care.

 

The program will improve speed, mobility, agility, strength, reaction and explosive power while always focusing on proper technique, informed by each athlete’s individual movement quality. Building confidence by breaking through physical barriers will improve performance on the field.

HS FOUDATONS
MIDDLE SCHOOL FOUNDATIONS

INITIATOR PROGRAM MIDDLE SCHOOL

Ages: 9-12

Training 2x per week

 

We love our middle school athletes! This age is a great time to start creating interest in training at the gym. Coaching our young athletes age appropriately, demonstrating that training is fun and beneficial.  Developing spatial awareness, learning basic movement patterns, improving conditioning and most of all having some fun with other athletes outside of school and teams.

 

Learning the basic movement patterns at this age will translate into moving with confidence, building trust in their movement and having fun while moving will go a long way to progressing each athlete’s LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development).

 

Not every coach is capable of working with this age group. The coaches at ENL are well-versed in keeping the focus where it should be - the athletes. Our coaches have over 25 combined years of working with youth athletes of all ages - in all sports.
